As the founder, owner and manager of the ZAX real estate agency, my main objective is that ZAX and the brokers who will be members of it, be the precursor of an extraordinary business model. That the first and exclusive mandate of ZAX is to promote and defend the interests of the buyer/investor with whom we have a Brokerage contract - Purchase. This small revolution in our profession considers the explicit premise that no current or future ZAX broker will obtain authorization to sign Brokerage contracts - Sale, nor to carry out prospecting in this sense, including residential and commercial buildings.

 

This mission is aligned with the prohibition of dual representation which aims to ensure the protection of the public considering that it is impossible for a real estate broker to favour the interests of the seller who wants to sell in particular under the best conditions and at a maximum price and, at the same time, protect the interests of the buyer who seeks to pay the lowest possible price.

 

There is a special status for our buyer/investor client with whom we hold a Brokerage contract - Purchase, we strive to promote and defend their interests, while treating and this unequivocally, fairly the unrepresented buyer, who has chosen not to use a Brokerage contract - Purchase.
